IronNet, Inc., formerly associated with blank-check company LGL Systems Acquisition Corp. under ticker DFNS, completed its de-SPAC business combination in August 2021. LGL Systems Acquisition Corp. was sponsored by LGL Systems LLC, an affiliate of The LGL Group, Inc., and conducted its initial public offering in 2020 with a mandate targeting the defense technology and cybersecurity sector.
